The management and content provider team of Uyghur News consists of patriotic Uyghur youth who have completed or are currently pursuing graduate studies in Turkey. These young people closely follow developments in East Turkistan and conduct meticulous work to provide reliable and accurate information to Turkish readers.
Established in 2018, the Uyghur News platform provides current events from East Turkistan in Turkish news format, while also ensuring a broad flow of information by translating news and articles from English, Chinese, and Uyghur into Turkish. The platform not only shares its content on the Uyghur News website but also reaches the Turkish public through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, contributing to keeping the East Turkistan issue on the agenda.
“Based on our experience in Turkish journalism, we launched the English-language website UygurNew.com and its affiliated Twitter account in 2024 to provide reliable information to those interested in Uyghurs outside of Turkey.”
